He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Budder and Lorene Budder; his siblings, Fred Leaf and Melissa "Missy" Budder-Davis; and his grandparents, Ned, Nellie Budder (Scott), Elwood Whittington and Arlene Sac (Levi).
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Cochran-Budder of Kansas, OK; his children, Ashton Budder of Kenwood, OK and Bridgette Budder of Tahlequah, OK; his siblings, Leroy Leaf of Salina, OK, Sharon Proctor of Colcord, OK, Carolyn Chumwalooky of Kenwood, OK, Sheila Thomas (Brandon) of Pryor, OK and Briana Lamb (Keith) of Kenwood; and his grandchildren, Rylin Budder, Carter Budder, Elijay Ray Sands, Avery Jonah Caughman and Phoenix Layleigh Ryan.
