She is survived by: her husband George Wortham of Jay, OK; her daughters, Mary Webb of Jay, OK and Monica Campbell of Watts, OK; her grandchildren, Michael, Joseph, Katie Webb, Donald, Violet McKinley, Cody and Alex Campbell; and her pets, Callie, Toby, Bandit and Squirt. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
