She was predeceased by: her husband Winfred Lackey; her parents, Robert McKinnis and Ida McKinnis; her daughter Valerie Penfeld; and her siblings, Raymond McKinnis, Calvin McKinnis, Doris Fryer and Donnie McKinnis.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Hood (Don), Sue Warcester (Tim), Sharon Bailey (Steven), Wanda Dieker, Deidre Giest, Brandon Lackey (Tia) and Desmond Lackey (Michelle).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel (711 S Main St, Grove, OK 74344). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Delaware Baptist Church (35551 S 620 Rd, Grove, OK 74344).
