He is survived by: his wife Melba Cate of Jay; his brother Ron Cate (Phyllis) of Jay; and his children, Sherry Lynn Dunbar, Angela Stall (Chad) of Owasso, Tina Lane (Joe) of Eucha and Stephan Roger Cate (Kassie) of Pittsburg, KS.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
