He is survived by: his wife Pat Baker of Grove, OK; his children, Jerry Jr. (Leann Baker) of Pickens, SC, Curtis (Michaele Baker) of Jay, OK, James (Karen Baker) of Fair Play, SC and Cindy (Lee Sloan) of Jay, OK; his grandchildren, Luke Sherrell, Dale Baker, Nick Davis, Alissa Oglesbee, Ashley Burkdoll, Robert Guy Baker, Jerid Sloan and Miranda Sloan; and his siblings, Omer Baker of Jay, OK, Jean Herman of Lincoln, KS, Kathryn Poffen (Larry) of Broken Arrow, OK and Christine Cook of Tahlequah, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
