He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Wortham and Margaret Lucille Cass-Wortham; and his wife Oleta Wortham. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Webb of Jay, OK and Monica Campbell of Watts, OK; his grandchildren, Michael, Joseph, Katie (Sean Webb), Donald (Violet McKinley) and Cody (Alexis Campbell); his great grandchild Isabella Rose Campbell; his siblings, Allan, Rick and Cindy; and his pets, Bandit, Squirt and Theo. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
