He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Cummings and Mollie Cummings (Coming); his wife Ella Cummings; his brother Carl Cummings; and his nephews, Johnny Cummings and Dave Matthew Cummings.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Cummings and Patrick Cummings (Karen) of Colcord, OK; and his siblings, Polly Spradlin (Cummings) of Oklahoma City, OK, Martha Cummings of Oklahoma City, OK, Mary Rose Bird (Cummings) of Westville, OK, Lou Jean Cummings of Westville, OK and Will Cummings of Owasso, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family & friends.
