Medley; her children, Kenneth Millspaugh (Dottie) of Garden Grove, CA, Phyllis Millspaugh Howard of Rogers, AR and Twilla Millspaugh Samples (Doug) of Lodi, CA; her stepchildren, Charla Medley of Siloam Springs, AR, Rebecca Hankins (Lloyd) of Greenland, AR and Wayne Medley (Cindy) of Prairie Grove, AR.; and her siblings, Ray Masters of Jay, OK and Reta Jeffries of Oklahoma City, OK.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, and a host of other friends.
