He is survived by: his wife Amy Foreman; his children, Jo Lynn King of Jay, Lenora Luper of Joplin, Daniel Foreman of Jay, Matthew Rider (Kelly) of Waynesville, Abby Staggs of Joplin and Mark Rider (Vanessa) of Westville, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Rowdy Foreman of Jay, Oklahoma and Sue Sharp of Jay. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
