He is survived by: his parents, Lewis Matthews of Jay, OK and JoElla Myers Widener of Myrtle Beach, SC; his sister Shiloh Widener of Hamilton, AL; his grandfather Chauncey Matthews of Eucha, OK; his aunt Karla Kelley of Jay, OK; and his uncles, Jim Matthews (Cindy) of Jay, OK and Doug Myers (Diane) of Jay, OK. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
