She was predeceased by: her parents, Goldie Louise and Joe S. Downing. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Turner, Darron Turner and Joe Ramsey; and her siblings, Linda Woods, Debbie Downing and Brad Downing. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
