He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Seay (Wayne) of Grove, OK and Vicki Bills (Jeffrey) of Springdale, AR; his grandchildren, Nicholas Seay (Kallise) of Jay, OK, Valeri Seay of Jay, OK and Tyler Clark (Catherine) of Gentry, AR; his great grandchildren, Alisha Barrett, Raelynn of Jay, OK, Wyatt Seay of Bunch, OK and Kenzleigh Clark of Jay, OK; and his siblings, Lola Williamson, Donald and David Gibe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
