She is survived by: her parents, Jacky Flaming and Candace Cannon (Curtis) of Eucha, OK; her mother-in-law Stephanie of Afton, OK; her fiancé Blake Willis of Watts, OK; her siblings, Brianna Flaming of Jay, OK and Dalton Flaming of Afton, OK; her stepsisters, Sheena Fried, Krisha King, Morgan Basurto and Kinley Cannon; her grandfather Leroy Flaming (Tammy) of Jay, OK; her great-grandparents, Mike and Ann Earp of Jay, OK; and her close friend Rema Turnbull of Jay, OK.. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family.
After her organ donation procedures were complete, the medical team and hospital staff honored Chelsea and her family in the Honor Walk.
