He is survived by: his brother Jerry Tagg (Velma Tagg) of Kenwood, OK; his children, Samuel Smith (Terri) of Tahlequah, OK, Michelle Smith of Kenwood, OK and Grata Smith (Ariel Gomez) of Kenwood, OK; and his grandchildren, Cornelius Smith (Chooge) of Jay, OK, Carletha Smith-Caldwell (Cay-Kay), Samantha Smith-Morris (Thomas) of Tahlequah, OK, Samuel Smith, Jr. of Tahlequah, OK, Noel Smith of Tahlequah, OK, Coretha McBride of Durango, Mexico, Joey Smith of Vinita, OK, Ashly Smith of Vinita, OK, Karicka Smith of Oklahoma City, OK, Johnny Ray Smith of Oklahoma City, OK, Aire Pascual of Kenwood, OK and Silas Pascual (Prince Charlie Smith) of Kenwood, OK. He is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews; extended family and friends.
