He is survived by: his children, Jim Bob McGhee (Kimberly), Curtis McGhee (Kellie), Jo Gooding and Rhonda Allen; his siblings, Donald McGhee and Donna Prater; and his grandchildren, Casamere McGhee, Dalton McGhee, Karissa McGhee, Bryce McGhee, Jaxson McGhee, Teagan McGhee, Eric Gooding, Jenny Hughes, Dusty Allen and Amanda Carter. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
