He was predeceased by: his mother JoHelen Usrey (Patterson); and his grandparents, Joe Thomas Patterson and Ola Blaine (Mitchell). He is survived by: his father Rick Usrey (Nancy) of Rowlett, TX; his children, Jacob Morrow (Megan) and Riley Jo Usrey of Eucha, OK; his grandmother Melba Usrey (Cater) of Dallas, TX; his sister Danielle Montgomery (Michael); his stepchildren, Misty Addington (Greg) of Rochester, TX, Lora Hicks (Steven) of Jay, OK and Kaytlynn King of Eucha, OK; and his pet Capone. He is also survived by his family and friends.
