He is survived by: his mother Sharon Givens (Sorrels); his children, Cameron Givens and Christina Applegate (Kyle); his siblings, Dwayne Givens (Bernadette) and Deedee Summerfield (Billy); and his grandchildren, Tristan Bergstrom, Bradlee Applegate, Frankie Applegate and Lucian. He is also survived by many nieces and other family members.
