She is survived by: her husband Jerry Worthean of Inola; her daughters, Lisa Pugsley (Stan) of Inola and Angie Pennington (Lonnie) of Inola; and her grandchildren, Katie Pineiro (Bug), Curtland, Michael Pennington, Ryan Pugsley, Daniel Pennington, Spencer Pugsley, Bobby Pennington, Matthew Beaver, Brandon Beaver, Aubrey, Trinity, Annalise, Tatelyn Pineiro (Tater), Troy Glover, Zoeigh, Zara, Dahlea Pennington, Emma, Tristan Pennington, Alice, Shepherd, Rose Pugsley and Jax Pennington.
