He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Welch; his daughters, Amber Madden (Joseph Raniewicz), Stephanie Madden (Dayton Ries), Tiffany Welch (Randall Smith) and Brittany Welch (Jason Lindsay); his grandchildren, Joseph Raniewicz, Keicyn, Kennedy, Kenzyngton Gougler, Kailer Smith and Michael Welch; and his brothers, Donald Welch and Ronald Welch.
