He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Teddy Lee Applegate, Gene and Carolyn Stephens; his aunt Julie Bynum; his uncle Earl Applegate; and his cousins, Adam Applegate and Wade Hutchinson.
He is survived by: his parents, Jeanne Applegate and Teddy Applegate (Staci Landers); his brother Kyle Applegate (Christina); his nephews, Tristan Bergstrom and Bradlee Applegate; his niece Frankie Applegate; his aunts and uncles, Angie Rash (Brian), Lauren Lindeman (Mike), Loraina Lamont (Eddie), Merl Applegate (Leah) and Mark Stephens; his grandmother Delores Wallace; his cousins, Alexis Stephens, Ashlyn Metzler (Jacob), Wes Stephens, Jason Smith (Quincee), Laura Martin (Jonathan), Amy Gonzalez (Miquel), Mary Martin (Colby) and Justin Payton; and his great-uncles and great-aunts, Jay Applegate (Linda), Carroll Applegate (Marcia), Clifford Applegate (Joan), Peggy Brewer (Art) and Bernice Borja. He is also survived by many other extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Inola Funeral Home & Crematory (310 N Broadway Ave, Inola, OK 74036). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (5 S Broadway Ave, Inola, OK 74036).
