She is survived by: her husband Gomer Smith; her sons, Don Smith (Lynn), Wes Smith (Jeri) and James Smith (Tammie); and her siblings, Lola Hambrick of Bartlesville, OK, Rachel Blevins of Bartlesville, OK, Jessie Deere of Depew, AR, Luther James Capps of Rogers, AR and Joe Lee Capps. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
