She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ed and Pansy Muriel Moore (Medlock); her siblings, Jimmie Moore (Lucille), Alice Colleen "Sis" Justice, Ella Ann Hughes (Dick) and Clyde Moore; and her brother-in-law Bruce Hendrickson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Moore of Broken Arrow and Rachel Bookout (Eric) of Lewisville, Texas; her grandchildren, Johanna Stark, Corey Stark, Evan Bookout and Dax Bookout; her siblings, John Ed Moore, Charlotte Hendrickson, Sharon Chambers (Ray), Jackie Moore (Terry), Danny Ray Moore, Diana Dorris (Casey), Michael Moore and Donna; and her sister-in-law Sally Moore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
