She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Bookmyer and Mary Smith Bookmyer; and her brother Joe Bookmyer. She is survived by: her husband Perry Swinehart; her children, Brian Barnett, Tom Wheeler (Marci), William Hartley, Dawn Loyd (Robert), Kimberly Evrett (Sam), Jennifer Boyett, Jacki Thornton and Kristin Cagle (Michael); her grandchildren, Taylin, Kinley, Dylan, Briana, Melanie, Tyler, Dustin, Beth, Seth, Katie, Kyle, Raven, Blake, Raylee and Piper; and her sister Cynthia Bookmyer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
