He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Tilley and Mary Ellen Tilley (Young); and his brother Phil Tilley. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Tilley; his children, J. T. Tilley, Kyle Tilley (Majestic Ashlock), Kaela Tilley and Kole Tilley; his grandchildren, Jade Burroughs, Jacey Tilley, Brooklyn Decker, Gunter Tilley, Caeson Decker, Teagan Decker of Weston Decker, C. J, Lennox Ashlock and Beckam Tilley; and his great grandchild Coraline Burroughs.
