He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Pell; his children, Karla Powell (Steve Watkins), Keith Pell (Wanda), Kerry Pell (Christie) and KerPatrick Pell (LeAnn); his daughter-in-law Vickie Douglas; his grandchildren, Kevin Powell (Brandi), Kristopher Powell (Aubrey), Kane Powell, Zaccary Pell, Caleb Pell (Rachell), Hadasah Pell, Kenaniah Pell, Micaiah Pell, Evan Pell, Hannah McGrath (Michael), Courtney Ryan (Mike), Lydia Pell, Talon Rash, Dakota, Rash, Tiffany Adams (Kris) and Craig Pell (Valerie); his great grandchildren, Jaxson Powell, Kai Powell, Averie Shepherd, Kameron Adams, Maddie Adams, Charles Pell, Hardy Pell and Bailey Pell; and his brother William M.
