He is survived by: his wife Velma Neighbors; his children, Steve Hibbard (Kellie) of Inola, Karen Westerby (Scott) of Coweta and Brad Hibbard (Kim); his grandchildren, Mickey Williams (Laine), Justin Hibbard (Alica), Grant Hibbard (Hope), Blake Westerby (Nicole), Kaadan Hopper, Chloe Hopper, Kenzie Hopper and Karleigh Hibbard; his great grandchildren, Alex Hibbard, Madeline Hibbard and Ariel Williams; and his siblings, Bob Hibbard (Mary Ann), Esther Gemas and Wandella Brewer.
