He is survived by: his wife Heather Butler; his children, Joshua Butler (Paige), Jacob Butler (Morgian) and Dannielle Butler (Brett); his siblings, Earl Butler Jr., Stephanie Davis (Lester) and John Butler (Paula); and his grandsons, Caleb Butler and Barrett Butler. He is also survived by family and friends.
