She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Boyd and Gladys Boyd (Duensing); her friend Bill W.; her husband Gene Stephens (Gene); her daughter Julia R. Bynum; and her sister Dorlene Smith (Darrell Boyd).
She is survived by: her daughter Jeanne Applegate (Paul Parrott); her daughter-in-law Lauren Lindeman (Mike); her son Mark Stephens; her grandchildren, Matthew Applegate, Kyle Applegate (Christina), Wes Stephens, Alexis Stephens and Ashlyn Metzler (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Tristan, Bradlee and Frankie Arabella; and her brother L. D. Boyd (Betty). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
