She is survived by: her husband Tommy Joe Applegate; her children, Joey Applegate (Kim) of Inola, Elisa Johnston (Leslie) of Inola, Regina Wing (Rick) of Inola and Karen Parker of Inola; her grandchildren, Brian Dobson (Shannon), Samantha Miller (Marc), Lacy Applegate, Dustin Todd, Levi Applegate (Dayna), Jacob Parker (Whitney), Dane Delmedico (Natalie), Andrea Fugate (Chad), Cody Wing, Logan Applegate and Taylor Hipp (Cody); and her sister Lois Jewel Looney.
