She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fyler and Blanche Fyler; her husband Eberhardt Steitz; her son-in-law Ron Moe; and her siblings, Kenneth Fyler, Bill Fyler, Carl Fyler and Doris Jackson.
She is survived by: her sister Joyce Buchholtz; her children, Randy Jay Steitz (Teresa) and Janice June Moe; and her granddaughters, AhLia Hoover and Tia Drifka (Ryan). She is also survived by five great-grandsons and one great-great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests memorials to the First Lutheran Church, La Crosse, Kansas.
