He was predeceased by: his father J. R. Justice; and his siblings, Brenda Hyder, Jimmy Justice and Lisa Justice. He is survived by: his mother Linda Justice of Inola; his children, Waylon Holzhauer (Chelsea Holzhauer) of Inola and Brittany Bingham (Tim Bingham) of Inola; his nieces, Kelsey Justice of Sallisaw and Hannah Justice of Inola; and his grandchildren, Keith, Mckenzie Bingham, Jimi, Layla and June.
