He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Dobbs and Mertie Dobbs (Coffee); and his siblings, Sylvester "Veck" Dobbs, Clinton Dobbs, Odell Dobbs, Shirley Dobbs and Edvina Dobbs.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Heald; his children, Shannon Dee Dobbs (Rachel) of Oklahoma City, Shane Dobbs of Indianola and Monica Dahl (Erik) of Loveland, Colorado; his grandchildren, Lukas Dahl of Loveland and Peyton Dahl of Loveland; his siblings, Harold Dobbs of Muncy, Indiana, Clara Koger of Whitley City and Jewell Roberts of Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Thredus Dobbs of Muncy, Linda Dobbs of Stearns, Jayne Hearld of Indianola and John Heald (Peggy) of Westminster, Colorado. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
