She was predeceased by: her parents, Boy Amos Green and Cleo Inez Green-Bryant (Sutton); her husband Harold "Rackey" Lusk; and her siblings, Robert Green, Judith Justice, Juanita Hamilton, Cora McElhaney and Bonnie Hackler.
She is survived by: her grandson Josh Muskrat; her children, Jerry John Lusk (Teri) of Sapulpa, Jeff Lusk (JoAnna) of Indianola and Janet Johnson (Hank) of Sapulpa; her grandchildren, Dustin Johnson (Brandi) of Sapulpa, Laura Muskrat (Josh) of Glenpool, Staci Lusk of Sapulpa, John Lusk of Chicago, Larry Goldesberry (Darci) of Jenks, Jeremy Goldesberry (Morgan) of Sand Springs, Kari Jamison (Joe) of Jenks, Chelsea Davis (Joey) of Sand Springs, Jeffrey Lusk (Savanah) of Tushka, Hollie Eldridge of Indianola, Stephanie Carter of Indianola and Rowdy Hubbard (Stephanie) of Anchorage, Alaska; her sister Freda Akins of Amarillo, Texas; and her sisters-in-law, Sue McClish of Oolagah, Francis Lusk of Indianola and Marie Green of Shawnee. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
