He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Deb and Nancy Marie Fish Stapp; his siblings, Joann Stapp, Lavern Counts Carol Stapp, Louise Buck, Brenda Howell, Danny Stapp and Ronnie Stapp; and his nephew Art Stapp.
He is survived by: his children, Clinton Gene Stapp and Jeana Lee Carson (Billie Jane Stapp); and his siblings, Bobbie Stapp (Fran), Pete Stapp, Sharon Stapp, Anita Counts (Emmitt) and Rita Smith (Brent). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
