He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Foster and Ella Mae Foster; his son Charles Foster, Jr.; and his brothers, Richard Neil Foster and Billy Don Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Oleda Foster (Prescott); his children, Cindy Daffern (Jerry), Kristina Scott (Joe), Cherie Foster and Aaron Foster; his grandchildren, Charles Foster, III, Tiffany Foster, Jacob Webster, Jeremy White, Randall Bridges, Steven Bridges, Brittany Pickle and Jessica Sistrunk; and his great grandchildren, Ellie, Aidan, Paige, Braxton, Lexi, Aubry, Haston, Chase and J. J..
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Hope Free Will Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Indianola Community and Senior Citizens Center, 305 South Street, Indianola, Oklahoma 74442.
