We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2019, at the age of 95, Alice Lenora Wood (Indianola, Oklahoma), born in Crowder, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Henderson and Jennie Helen Wallen (Gay); her husband Leonard B. Wood; her daughter Katherine Wood; her daughter-in-law LaDonna Wood; her granddaughter Tina Wood; and her great grandchild Jesse Daniels.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Brett Wood, Douglas Wood, Mark Wood, Michael Wood, Stephen Wood and Donnie Gragg; and her sister-in-law Nellie Steidley of Indianola. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and l8 great great grandchildren.
The family also requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the New Hope Quilters of New Hope Free Will Baptist Church of Indianola.
