He is survived by: his wife Karla Bilyeu; his father Bill Owens of Davidson, Oklahoma; his children, Zachary McWilliams of Tulsa, Andrew McWilliams of Tulsa, Dorian Shelton (Kelsey) of Lawton, Oklahoma, Kaytlin McWilliams of Lawton and Kristine Bilyeu (Shawna) of Lawton, Oklahoma; his brothers, Dean McWilliams of Davidson, Dale McWilliams of Texas, Marshall Owens of Davidson, Oklahoma and Billy Ray Owens of Davidson, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Andi, Gabby, Nayeli and Killian. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and many friends.
