He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie "Chick" Curtsinger and Frankie Jean Curtsinger (Woodall); and his brother Gerald Don Curtsinger. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann; his sons, Clint Curtsinger (Haley) of Marlow and Casey Curtsinger (Nicole) of Lawton, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Hannah Curtsinger and Cason Curtsinger; his sisters, Lahoma Cantrell of Corpus Christi, Bessie Petty (Donny) of Blanchard, JoAnn Fischer (Don) of Chattanooga and Debbie Mefford of Chattanooga, Oklahoma; and his close friends, Kevin Labude (Janet), Danny Dreith and Kirk Scott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
