He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorene Ingram-Smith and Willie Smith, Sr.; his grandparents, Jimmy Smith, Jessie Murray, Andrew Ingram and Travis Mitchell Ingram; and his siblings, Webster Hopkins, Jose "Buddy" Moore, Charles Smith, Alma "Anita" Smith Rogers, Mary Cunningham and Betty Smith of Washington.
He is survived by: his children, Wyleigh Smith and Christian Smith of Idabel. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews, along with numerous friends.
