Wanda Maxine Allen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Maxine Allen (Idabel, Oklahoma), born in Coalgate, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Granvill Murphy and Oleana Hampton Murphy; and her siblings, Lee and Zelda. She is survived by: her husband Harlan Allen; her son O. C.; her daughter-in-law Shelly Laney of Alabama; her daughter Cecelia Foster of Kansas; her stepchildren, Tony Billy of Harris, Gene Allen of Idabel, Junior Allen of Idabel and LaDonna Hard of Florida; and her stepbrother Don Murphy of California. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Haworth Church of Christ in memory of Maxine.
