It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wallace Tushka of Idabel, Oklahoma, born in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Levi Tushka and Velma Lee Roberts (Ontaiyabbi); and his siblings, Jimmy Tushka, Walton Tushka, Austin Wayne Tushka, Norma Jean Tushka and Ada Wilson.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ernest Tushka (Artina) of Idabel, OK, Gary Tushka (Adrienne) of Midwest City, OK, Esther Davis of Dallas, TX, Glenda Skeet of Glenn Heights, TX and Verna John (Tommy) of Arlington, TX; his stepfather William Roberts of Arlington, TX; and his uncle Larry Jones of Broken Bow, OK. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, family request that donations be made to the funeral home to assist in paying his final expenses.
