He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tandy Otis and Alma Kolb (West); his wife Joy Kolb; his children, Tanya Halland of Missoula, MT, Shane Alton Kolb of Missoula, MT and Kezia of Missoula, MT; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Andrea Halland), Samantha, Stephanie and Alexander (Zackery Kolb); and his great grandchild Wyatt Kolb.
