He is survived by: his wife Lee Petticrew; his children, Heather Petticrew of New York, Joshua Petticrew of Alaska, Brianna Covington of Honey Grove, TX, Terry Boone, Jr. of North Dakota, Russell Boone of Glover, OK and Shawn Boone of Redwater, TX; his siblings, Bob Petticrew of New York, Linda Petticrew of Florida and Susan White of Florida; and his great grandchild Sadie Boone. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
