He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ebony Hooks of Idabel, OK and Restee Tyrone Howell-Hooks, Jr.; his siblings, John H. Hooks (Linda) of Idabel, OK, Curtis L. Hooks of Idabel, OK, Dr. Edmond L. Hooks, Loretta J. Hooks Sheffey-Riley of San Diego, CA and Leola M. Hooks-Wright of Edmond, OK; his uncle O. V. Lewis of Amarillo, TX.; and also Martin D. Hooks (Barbara) of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
