He is survived by: his daughter Brandi Cain; and his sisters, Sharon Stephens (Gary) of Midlothian, Glenda Copeland (Wayland) of Idabel, Cassondra Welch of Texas, Traci Weeks (Kevin) of Woodward, Angela Pingry (Larry) of Woodward and Susan Welch (Steve) of Emory, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
