She is survived by: her husband Jesse Howard Hairrell of Idabel, OK; and her children, Howard Dean Hairrell of Valliant, OK, Dana Fisher of Cushing, OK and Susie Hairrell. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
