She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bohanan and Bessie Bond Bohanan; her husband Elton Ray Baker, Sr.; her son Elton Baker, Jr.; and her brothers, Emmitt Jefferson and Haskell Bohanan.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Grass of Idabel, OK, Donnie (Anita Baker), Barbara (Mike Sands), Cheryl (Eric Duckett) and Silas Baker of Okmulgee, OK; her brother Jimmie Jefferson of Bethel, OK; and her close friends, Lorene and Matilda. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty-nine great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the White Family Chapel (3 NE 3rd St, Idabel, OK 74745). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Kulli Chito Presbyterian Church.
