He is survived by: his wife Anne Moore; his son Johnny Newton Moore of Annandale, VA; his siblings, Don Moore of Idabel, OK, Randy D Moore of Keenen, TX and Brenda L Cooper of Mineola, TX; and his stepchildren, Summer Moore of Jacksboro, TX, Tommy Green of Haworth, OK, Anthony Green of Idabel, OK and Gregory Pahl of Gilbert, AZ. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
