He was predeceased by: his father Roy Harley; his siblings, Mike Harley, Charlene H, Sandra Harris and Cynthia Harley; his niece Cheryl Williams; his nephews, Kirby Harley and Erik Harley; and his grandparents, Tobias, Rosa Williston, Lena Battice and Leo Harley.
He is survived by: his mother Effielene Harley of Idabel, OK; his children, Lance Harley (Charissa), Melissa Allen (Brandon) and Julie Harley (Jose); his siblings, Jeff Harley, Lee, Billy Harley, Phebe and Karen Wesley (David); his siblings-in-law, Gilbert Harris and Una Harley; his grandchildren, Chandler Harley, Alysah Harley, Peyton Allen, Levi Creek, Jose Lerma, Jalayna Lerma, Jalissa Lerma, Joaquin Lerma, Noah Harley and Nessa Harley; and his great grandchildren, Laila Harley and Armani Harley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a covered dish be brought to the Choctaw Nation Investment Center.
