He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Sr. Grimes and Rachel Grimes; and his parent-in-law Dr. Thomas E. Rhea (Lenette). He is survived by: his wife Allene Grimes; his daughters, Rachel (Steve Surratt), Katherine "Katie" (Jamie Sampson), Rebecca "Becky" (Eric Bottoms) and Victoria "Tori" (Ryan Luthye); his grandchildren, Brittney, Whittney, Elizabeth, Jared, Justin, Levi, Kodee, Ashlee of Malia, J. J., Alaina, Kayce, Cadance, Jaxon, Enella, Willow, Jonny and Lydia; his siblings, Jimmie Dale Grimes, Jr. (Carlotta) of Idabel, Ginger Singleton and Maridale Vanek; and his extended family Masonic. He is also survived by brothers and many, many friends.
